Our apartments are spacious, secure, comfortable and fully equipped and furnished….I have no doubt that you’ll find it a perfect base, to park off and explore Cape Town and it’s beautiful environs…. please see photographs appearing on our website, in order to see how well-located we are…

We are situated at the base of Signal Hill, in a quiet Cul-De-Sac, close to all amenities…, our building was built by my Grandfather in the late 1930’s in the Art Deco Style…I’ve endeavoured to renovate and restore the building and the apartments over the last couple of years……..we have secure parking at the rear of the building….

If you would like to make use of Cape Town’s new transport system, then I need to mention that we’re +/- 50 meters from MyCiti’s bus stop on High Level Road… you will need to avail yourself of a MyCiti prepaid card in order to use the system, but I can assist with that…  This will enable you to easily and cheaply explore and travel around the City and the Atlantic Seaboard with new routes being opened all the time….. see  www.myciti.org.za

The use of Uber and Taxify is very popular in Cape Town and a superb and inexpensive way to get around….

We are approximately 1,7 km’s from the entrance to the V&A Waterfront….and, I can recommend the use of the MyCiti service…. For example, an Uber ride from our building to the Waterfront costs approximately R30 which equates to approx. USD$2.20

The Red buses do Cape Town proud with their hop on and hop off service.

We are around 700 meters from the Beachfront Promenade which is a favourite of mine for early morning and evening walks.

If you’re not interested in making your own breakfast, lunch or dinner in the apartment, then I must mention that there are two Coffee Shops conveniently situated literally just 180 meters away from our doorstep……down the road, you’ll find….

Highly, and proudly recommended our own in-house Tour Company and we can arrange shuttles and market hopping as well as bespoke Tours. Please discuss with me, your exact requirements and we will tailor a tour package accordingly.

Also, highly recommended is  www.gprra.co.za/green-point-urban-park.html  – superb cycle, walking and running designated lanes.  Every Saturday morning the Famous Park Run sets off from this area and does its 5 kms fun run which is a great event to participate in.

Another lovely attraction is the Oranjezicht City Farm Market that is held on a Saturday and Sunday morning at the entrance to the V&A Waterfront.  (1,7 kms away).  It is most certainly worth a visit, and a favourite of mine for a Saturday morning outing.  The organic breakfasts are a must !!   see  http://www.ozcf.co.za/market-day
